My personal journey with homeownership began in my early 20s when I purchased a “handyperson special,” rolled up my sleeves and got to work. My love for this tiny rowhome and the process of realizing a vision for how to best live in less than 700 sq ft of space started a fire in me that led to taking my real estate licensing courses. After 15 years of marketing for a residential architecture firm, that same passion brought me to a full-time career as a residential realtor in 2010. Now I am an award-winning top producer, selling over $15 million in real estate each year in the communities to the south and west of Philadelphia.
I am wholly committed to delivering optimal outcomes for the clients I have the privilege of serving. While most of my personal life is still spent focused on home improvement projects, searching for the perfect find at local auctions, or traveling to see how other people dwell and what their digs are like, my husband and two teenage boys have broadened my horizons (somewhat). As a life-long resident of Delaware County, I care deeply about our local communities and the people who live in them. I began my career in real estate as an investor - purchasing and improving local rental properties. After renovating a number of homes, I was convinced this was the direction that I wanted to take my career and began renovating homes to sell, representing other sellers of properties and helping buyers find their ideal place to live.

Upon graduating college, I discovered my passion for matchmaking in my employment as a Healthcare Recruiter, pairing healthcare professionals to my clients’ job openings. From there, I turned to IT Recruiting is where I learned how important it is to be an active listener and to engage my clients in order to best fill their needs. I always took great satisfaction making good matches, creating optimal outcomes for my clients and the people they hired. I took a break from recruiting as I started my family. During that time, I volunteered for my three children’s schools in many capacities including serving as a Board member for the Foundation where I chaired various committees for large fundraising events.
My family and I have been happily living in the Wallingford-Swarthmore area for the past 19 years. We found the home of our dreams – a 100 year old Georgian Colonial - and we have been lovingly restoring it since we took possession. That is when my interest in Real Estate began. I connected well with my home and our community and I wanted to help others discover the same feeling - more matchmaking for me!!! I knew a couple of the DIGGS & DWELL Realtors including Brooke. I’ve lived in Media for over 40 years and graduated from Penncrest High School and University of Delaware. I truly love this little slice of heaven in Delco and currently reside in Bowling Green with my husband and our two daughters, who are both students in the Wallingford Swarthmore School District. Our family loves having fun with friends and neighbors, hiking in nearby parks, walking to Rita’s, and spending time by the water in upstate Pennsylvania.

All of my most important influences, milestones and key life experiences have occurred in these wonderful areas in and around Philadelphia.
