Diggs & Dwell.

Our homes and how we live in them. This is our passion. Whether working with a first-time home buyer to find and create their own personal living space… or helping a lifelong homeowner find the next steward for their family homestead. Upsizers, downsizers, investors or relocators, our expertise is guiding and assisting people who are looking to buy and sell digs and dwellings.

When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

My personal journey with homeownership began in my early 20s when I purchased a “handyperson special,” rolled up my sleeves and got to work. My love for this tiny rowhome and the process of realizing a vision for how to best live in less than 700 sq ft of space started a fire in me that led to taking my real estate licensing courses. After 15 years of marketing for a residential architecture firm, that same passion brought me to a full-time career as a residential realtor in 2010. Now I am an award-winning top producer, selling over $15 million in real estate each year in the communities to the south and west of Philadelphia.

I am wholly committed to delivering optimal outcomes for the clients I have the privilege of serving. The tools and strategies that I utilize are tailored to each individual client and property, achieving their goals in a manner that exceeds expectations, minimizes stress and maximizes results. Successfully marketing and finding properties using the newest technologies, but never losing sight of the human connection that makes each house a home.

While most of my personal life is still spent focused on home improvement projects, searching for the perfect find at local auctions, or traveling to see how other people dwell and what their digs are like, my husband and two teenage boys have broadened my horizons (somewhat). We can be found enjoying time together fishing and boating – after all, aren’t boats little houses that float?

As a life long resident of the Philadelphia area, I grew up in Cheltenham Township, attended high school on the Main Line and college at Philadelphia University. I've lived and worked in Manayunk, Center City, Roxborough, Cheltenham, Wayne, Malvern and New Hope. All of my most important influences, milestones and key life experiences have occurred in these wonderful areas in and around Philadelphia. After spending years in marketing and sales related to the music and entertainment industries, I combined my professional skills with my passion for the Greater Philadelphia region and those communities that make it such a wonderful place to live.

As a full time realtor, I love to help buyers discover these communities - whether bringing a listing to market and helping the new owner fall in love, or as a buyer’s agent, shepherding them through the home buying process, staying focused on the magic of real estate matchmaking. I am a new construction specialist, an ardent marketer and a first time home buyer expert. I am dedicated and patient and I love what I do - pairing people with dwellings and dwellings with people.

As a life-long resident of Delaware County, I care deeply about our local communities and the people who live in them. I began my career in real estate as an investor - purchasing and improving local rental properties. After renovating a number of homes, I was convinced this was the direction that I wanted to take my career and began renovating homes to sell, representing other sellers of properties and helping buyers find their ideal place to live.

As a parent, coach and volunteer, I have the pleasure of meeting wonderful members of the local community in all aspects of life and often having the opportunity to work for them in the selling and buying of residential real estate. One of my greatest joys is helping people achieve their real estate goals - selling for the highest dollar in the shortest time, making a sound investment, or buying their first home. Behind my hard work and deep commitment to my clients is my family who wholeheartedly supports my passion for my work. My wife and two kids remind me each day as I walk in my front door of my own dwelling, exactly what arriving home is all about.

I pride myself on being a great agent and putting the needs of my clients first. Whether it's negotiating a great sale price, staging a home to sell, creating a unique marketing strategy for the sale of a house, scouring the market for the right house, staying on top of market trends, I won't rest until I have made my clients happy. As someone who grew up in Swarthmore and now live in Media, I have a unique advantage when it comes to local Real Estate. Not only am very knowledgeable of this area and the different neighborhoods, but I am also very well connected. Working with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, committed, and connected is essential when buying and/or selling a home.

Prior to obtaining my Real Estate License, I spent many years in Marketing and Client Service. This background gave me a great foundation and, I believe, sets me above my competition. Each home is unique. How we market your home will be just as unique. Because of my extensive Client Service experience, I know the importance of relationships. I believe my integrity and trustworthiness are traits that create long-standing clients, clients who happily refer me to their friends and colleagues.

After purchasing my first home in Media Borough in the early 2000’s, I was hooked on real estate: not only was owning a home in my beloved hometown an exciting adventure, but so has been watching the growth and rebirth of the borough and surrounding areas. What an incredible time to be a member of this flourishing community.

As your realtor I will be an advocate for you. In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction – buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. Whether buying your first home, right-sizing after kids have moved out or your family has grown, or looking for an investment property, I will work smartly to get you the best possible deal. I strive to make your buying or selling experience positive and seamless. My integrity, hard work, and passion for this business has helped my reputation as a qualified and successful realtor quickly rise.

I’ve lived in Media for over 40 years and graduated from Penncrest High School and University of Delaware. I truly love this little slice of heaven in Delco and currently reside in Bowling Green with my husband and our two daughters, who are both students in the Wallingford Swarthmore School District. Our family loves having fun with friends and neighbors, hiking in nearby parks, walking to Rita’s, and spending time by the water in upstate Pennsylvania.

Upon graduating college, I discovered my passion for matchmaking in my employment as a Healthcare Recruiter, pairing healthcare professionals to my clients’ job openings. From there, I turned to IT Recruiting is where I learned how important it is to be an active listener and to engage my clients in order to best fill their needs. I always took great satisfaction making good matches, creating optimal outcomes for my clients and the people they hired. I took a break from recruiting as I started my family. During that time, I volunteered for my three children’s schools in many capacities including serving as a Board member for the Foundation where I chaired various committees for large fundraising events.

My family and I have been happily living in the Wallingford-Swarthmore area for the past 19 years. We found the home of our dreams – a 100 year old Georgian Colonial - and we have been lovingly restoring it since we took possession. That is when my interest in Real Estate began. I connected well with my home and our community and I wanted to help others discover the same feeling - more matchmaking for me!!! I knew a couple of the DIGGS & DWELL Realtors including Brooke. As luck played out, I was able to join the team supporting Brooke, and I quickly decided to get my own Real Estate license.

Throughout my professional career and my many years of volunteering in our community and in the schools, I have honed skills that make me a good Realtor. I am dedicated to my clients and will always work to get them the best result. I continue to strive to make the best matches by listening and understanding the goals of each client.
